  • Utilize existing wide ranging media relationships in a variety of genres to expand athlete exposure

  • Create positive awareness while creating strategies to manage negative situations including key talking points and consistent messaging

  • Consult on strategies, decisions and/or actions to avoid negative impact on athletes image and protecting athletes sponsors/partnerships

  • Utilize 16-year relationships at ESPN to gain athlete exposure through ESPN and X Games media platforms

 

Athlete/Client Relations

  • Manage publicity for athletes to gain more exposure through mainstream media

  • Manage bookings, press interviews, appearances, photo shoots, charity events, media tours, speaking engagements

  • Manage and protect use of athlete images, footage, name and likeness

  • Collaborate with athlete sponsors on strategic PR plan, promotion and publicity

  • Media training

 

Event/Brand Publicity

  • Multi-sporting events, LIVE television events, red carpet events, movie premieres, charity events

  • Manage media outreach in the following media categories: local/regional/national newspapers, trade publications, entertainment, endemics, international, women’s publications, late night TV, national morning shows, TV sports writers

  • Coordinate communications and media plan with event partners

 

Crisis Management

  • Consult on overall crisis management strategy

  • Manage crisis communication between athlete, media, TV viewers and family members

  • Produce and manage key talking points for top level executives, company announcements and issues

  • Manage negative publicity directly with journalists and advise clients on next steps and messaging

  • Communicate and manage crisis plan with agents
